“I’m here.”

She grinned wider.

"So then invisible. Are you- well you're probably not intangible, but could you pick something up for me anyway? Anything will do," she said excitedly.

Well, the trains weren’t at the station for some reason.

The driver was unmoving.

Kino walked, out of the driver's reach, around him, until he could see his face.

“Um…” A lock of Felicity’s hair began to float.

It flopped down, and he reappeared, smiling. Felicity rubbed her hand behind her ear and fixed it.

Aela was just grinning.

"Well, if we need to go North- Felicity, you wanna figure out how to use your stone? With purpose, I mean."

"Um- I don't know if it can take multiple people though? Plus, uh.." she muttered, "I kinda miss walking around with you and Ember. I was scared and I missed Dad, but it was fun."

She smiled and took Felicity's hand.

“We should get moving soon, though,” Cye advised.

She nodded and tried to discern which was north was from the position of the sun.

. . .

Hopefully that worked the same, here.

"Alright. That way," she said, pointing in the direction that should be north.

Cye nodded and walked that way. Felicity followed closely behind.

They started to see cornfields. Cye climbed the fence. He picked up a blushing Felicity by the waist and lifted her over, turning to help Aela as well.

Aela used a nearby rock as a step stool to hope over, but flashed him a smile in thanks anyway.
