I wonder what the potential of pure tones is. I know the Iridescent tones in Warbreaker gives you visions of the future and lets you come back as a returned. If there was a way you could connect strongly to the pure tones of Honor or Odium I wonder if it might let you borrow some their foresight/powers. Probably not though.
