Yes, it's possible to revive a deadeye, but as far as we know that would require their original knight who broke their bond to reswear their Oaths. But those people are long dead and this can't work with Maya. Adolin swearing Oaths won't revive Maya. However, I don't think Adolin is forming a Nahel Bond with Maya, I think he's forming a reverse Nahel Bond. Normally, a spren fills the cracks in the soul of their knight giving them power, this time I think Adolin's soul is filling the cracks in Maya's soul, basically switching the roles. Maya is the knight, Adolin is the "spren" (not literally), Maya is gaining powers in this relationship. During the trial Adolin gave her his strength to talk, something that doesn't happen in a normal Nahel Bond.
