Kino sneaks away from his group, using his connection with Madness to hunt for an artifact. One that Madness could use. If it would please her, he will do it. Otherwise, who knows how maybe will punish him.

As she got higher and higher, the fog got denser. Eventually, she came to a small lip before the peak.

She closed her eyes - not that it changed her visibility. She breathed, trying to stay calm.
