Green Hoodie Mistborn he/him Posted September 30, 2014 Posted September 30, 2014 Hoidies. I have nothing to say, just that if I didn't make that comment, it would have driven me insane. Also, I want a Pony Vin shirt. I admit, I'm terrible at coming up with merchandise. Only thing I can think of might be to have some comedy shirts, like one with a logo saying "I survived the Final Ascension and all I got was this lousy t-shirt" or something. Or a where's Waldo style poster, but looking for Hoid. We could do variations on the "I survived from the different races. That could be the normal human one, there could a koloss picture on one that is "Human survive Upping. Got Human... and t-shirt" or soemthing like that as a variant. If hoodies were available, I'd buy that first, but if not, then I'd probably pick up decals (car bumper) and a t-shirt. I'm not into lanyards personally. Maybe a metal water bottle.
Ashiok Posted October 1, 2014 Posted October 1, 2014 For the Hoidies, I know that our school XC team (about 30 people) got some pretty cheap three color hoodies, which is all we really need for the 17S logo... I'll ask the girl in charge where she got them.

Often, schools get a huge discount because they buy in bulk over many years, or simply because they're a school. I've reached out to a couple of people who have done something similar for pricing, but if we're going to order enough to plan for orders we also need to know that we will sell them, or make enough profit off of the three or four we do sell to justify the other 50 that is might take us three years to move. Over all I'm looking at a lot of things. I think once I've figured out the exact cost of setting up the store, how we're doing both the store itself and the holding location and the way we're shipping things, I'll post an official topic with things to get opinions on if it is worth it to continue.

The other way we could do this is "Official Unofficial 17S merch" where we all design one _______ and post the link. Stuff is then voted on, and has the possibility of becoming "Official" in which case that's the official 17S ________, and you can buy it on your own. Just a thought

Just a thought At this time, we are not accepting fan designs of any kind for our merchandise for legal reasons. We are handling this internally, with our own ideas and graphics. If, at some point in the future we have ideas that we're wanting feedback on, we may open voting to help determine what we'll be selling. But we're not going to go with fan designs for our products.

And the best thing: we can buy it now for less than $5. I could easily see this sold for about $10 or so. It's not a market that we're looking at. We're looking only at 17th Shard merchandise.
