Odd that Ares couldn't go get it himself. Maybe he was lazy. There was no way that Jenny would imply that to his face, however.

Weird. Maybe it was a good date spot. Jenny glanced at Ed. They hadn't been on a date yet; this would be the perfect excuse for one. She almost volunteered them, but something in her made her stop.

Jenny just shook her head, not making eye contact with anyone. She grabbed Ed's hand with her gloved one to try and tell him that she didn't want to push him away.

Eventually, he managed to catch up. Terrance looked back, catching Jace's eyes and sending a wave of terror through him.
