It looks like you're not thinning your paints, could that be the case? If you make sure there's a little bit of water mixed in, the paint will flow smoother and dry thinner, obscuring the details less.

That Parshendi looks amazing! Maybe apply a bit of shading to Venli’s face, but those look really nice!

Thanks! I used baron blue (AP), augur blue (AP) and regiment grey (AP) for the cloth on the Warform, and Dark Red (from Vallejo) and Flickering Flame (AP) for the carapace. I sadly forgot to save my recipe for Venlis clothing, but the skin was Ivory (AK interactive) and white (also AK interactive)

If you wanna find what paints those would correspond with for for example citadel, I recommend an app like PaintRack
