A little kid, maybe seven or eight years old, walks in. "I-I-I can't sleep." He said, stuttering. "And y-y-you're closest to m-my room so I c-c-came over..." He looks down at the floor blushing, probably more than a bit scared.

The kid looks up, just for a second, then looks back down again. "I-I-I want to go home." He says, sniffling and wiping his nose on the back of his hand. His arms are wrapped around himself and he rocks back and forth on his feet. "B-b-but I don't know where th-th-that is."

Trevor continued to peck at where Tal had been. The bag of keys he continued to prod, not accepting the loss of his friend yet.

Xin put her hand on her birdy brother's back. No gone...?

Xin rubbed him. "No, buddy. He's gone."

Kavho looked into the cell. "Sorry, Trev."

"We need to Mend him, Kavho."

"We need to get to his body to do that."

She frowned. "So let me out. I'll get to him; I can fend for myself."

Kavho sighed, but did. He gave her a knife. "Let's go get our brother back."

Because I am currently with @Exotic Almond and @shortcake and they keep DISTRACTING ME, they fast traveled to Rahil's throne room so I don't have to explain it all.

Also because I am still distracted they snuck up to Rahil and Xin did the thing.

The fake Rahil screamed, and so did the bird. A blur went from Trevor to Rahil, and the bird lost its sentience. 

Trevor, now back in his own human body, fell to the ground on all fours.

"Yup, I can grow plants and teleport things." He very clearly leaves out the demonization (which is still half and half btw) "Do you have magic?"

Almond notices the sparks and looks at the plants around worriedly "You are special just the way you are." He leads the child to Aventine's room. (He also grabs Lundyn)

She sighed, stepped away from Pic, and opened the door not the dorr stupid fingers. "Hey, Almond, Lundyn, and... the other kid." She raised her voice at the end so it was kind of a question but not really.
