Ash nodded slowly. "I'm not going to lie to you. They use water to grow and need it to survive just like you do. Which is why there's some water in them. But its not straight water... so maybe you could give it a try?"

Ash pursed her lips. "Those are the options right now. Food with a little water in it, Water, or an IV. I'm not sure how long you can survive like this and I'm not qualified to test you for inhuman influences. The only people I know for sure who can do that are Calano and Emma and they're both not here right now. I know the options aren't ideal and they are scary for you but I need you to pick one."

Ash sighed. "I know its scary. But if you try it and something goes wrong I have plenty of tools to help me fix whatever happened. And then we can learn and adjust. But that can't happen if you don't try." She stood up. "At least think about it."

"I need to go check on other patients and give her some time to think this over. Anything else you think I need to know or anything maybe I can do about this man?" She motioned to jar man.
