Edgedancer
It will turn out that Dalinar's wife was Odium. Naturally, that´s why he went to the Nightwatcher. Nobody would want to remember such a harpy.

Chrono
Jasnah, Shallan, and Lopen will all end up in a threesome. Kaladin and Adolin will be incredibly jealous and will create increasingly ridiculous/outright insane ways to win the girls back. This will eventually lead to Adolin being so stupid that Kaladin has to rescue him yet again, and then they mutually decide that they should start their own threesome with Laral.

Horatio Spifflewicket
Lopen is actually Bavadin, meaning there are four shards on Roshar.
Mistdork
Well. Now I'm scared this will happen. Please don't take a page out of Martin's book, Mr. Sanderson! Kelsier's ghost will appear to Kaladin and tell him to keep killing the storming nobles lighteyes. OR...Kelsier will appear and do something that is super-meddling in nature but will only be revealed in the annotations written in the way distant future. This is, if he hasn't already done something super-meddling in nature already. Also, Kelsier now has enough Investiture that he's gained the "Meddler" Intent (despite not being a Splinter, obviously, but if other cognitive shadows...oh never mind, that theory is too serious for this thread). This may or may not be similar to an Intent of another character, and might be the secret reason for their dislike of each other. For a new theory, when Nightblood eats enough Investiture on Roshar, he will be able to make a new Shard and become its Holder. Too bad he still doesn't understand what evil is...darn, the world is doomed! Edited July 17, 2014 by Nymp
Edgedancer
Nightblood versus the Stick will be the ultimate showdown of the SA. First Szeth will wield Nightblood, then he gets KOed and Vasher will take over. The Stick on the other hand will be wielded by the Lopen, because both of them have a the in their names.
Left
The body/container of Adonolsium was decaying and Hoid was supposed to be the new one. He refused and thus caused the shattering.
