Raven, does this character actually have a reason to abduct them, and do you have any sort of idea for this could turn into plot?

Why though? They could've just flown them back to their ship, then give them allera's ship and tell them to fly off. It doesn't seem logical to bring a ship through a portal, and the Beoerin are definitely the logical folk here.
