Inspired by Aspiring Archivists poetry thread I introduce to you the Wheel of Rhyme where we shall perpetually create poetry together two lines at a time. It's easiest if we rhyme our first line to the preceding second while providing the next rhyme in our second line and so on, but then there are no true beginnings in the wheel of rhyme so who knows what can happen? Either way, we need a beginning and I happily provide it here; in order to set the scene, I take the liberty of putting down four instead of two lines:

 

The source of every syllable

and every single thought up word

 

long forgotten, but have you heard?

They say, it stirred, some time ago:

yes, the cats have completely defeated their foe.

meanwhile, where the trees and the flowers grow wild
