Glitchy post

I was looking through the inverse ask anyone anything topic when I found this. It's the second time I've come across this and am wondering what exactly is going on. Is this a glitch of some sort, or is this something that people do on purpose? I wouldn't mind it, but it makes it difficult to read the post and the posts near it.

It's intentional. They're weird text things that have demonic looking characters attached. They do tend to break some text-boxes as they're kind of oversized. You can find generators for them online like https://lingojam.com/GlitchTextGenerator
