Hyron put a hand on Miyako's shoulder. "I think it best," They said firmly, "To let nature take it's course. In this case, let's go along until it's clear we're actually threatened. The seedling can be easily disposed of until it has grown fully. We have time."

Hyron turned to the lady. "Who is the Queen?" They asked softly.

Miyako turned to Hyron, "No this is simple. We can't leave. 'Cause of this Queen person." Miyako violently brought her hand down on her palm. "A clean cut solution."

Miyako looked up to the sun, gauging the hours of daylight left. 

"We can talk, but be ready to decide. And lady," Miyako turned staring deep into the villager. "That means nothing to me anymore."

"A piece of advice," said the woman as they walked towards the center of the village. She turned her head to look at Hyron. "I heard you say the name of your friend. Do not do that again. Keep your names a secret. If the Queen learns of them, she will use them against you."

The hubbub of the village quieted slightly as the group passed through the streets. People stopped what they were doing to stare at the newcomers. Yerik spotted several pairs of curious eyes as he scanned every face they crossed, searching.

Within a few minutes, they arrived at what appeared to be the de facto center of the village, a tall building with a bell atop it. It seemed to be a forge of some sort, oddly enough.

Inside a group of people sat around a table. The Elders, presumably, although they didn't seem particularly elderly. None of them looked old enough to even be grandparents. They seemed to have been deep in discussion prior to Miyako's interruption, though they were now turning to stare at the intruders.

A man sitting at the far end of the table stood. "Who are you?" he asked.

"Newcomers," the woman called. "Shipwrecked in the recent storm."

"From my understanding, she is stopping me from leaving. Therefore she needs to be delt with." Miyako shrugged, "Simple as that."
