That's a signature, you can get one by going to your account settings. I don't completely remember how it's done on a computer - maybe if you click on your username on the top of the page? - then you'll have a menu at the side with signature as one option on it, and you can edit your signature. Fair warning, though, you should keep it at three lines of text, because more starts to make scrolling down exhausting.
