From super intense sunburn, or something else? Cell/DNA damage from the UV would probably still happen yeah. 1

I'm not sure what the investiture in the light is doing but whatever it does I think that would still kill them.

But then I was seeing the Investiture as being something like a raw/ambient form like Mist/Stormlight or Taldain's sunlight, not actively "doing" anything unless it charges something else (Taldain sunlight charging lichen, Stormlight infusing gems). 2
