We know 3 of the 4 are cosmere TSD certainly is that. 2 of the 4 are cosmere and new chatecters, another potential point in favor. The biggest one is of course the appearance of floating cities on the mockup of the cover. Yeah, Aethers do seem more likely, they're a major magic system of the Cosmere, as per Brandon, and he's been talking about them a lot more recently.
