Enhancing spren via Bio-Chromatic Breaths?

Can a radiant spren or a ‘normal’ animal spren be given bio-chromatic breaths? If so, would giving them enough turn them into something that has much more widespread and unique affects and abilities, like the Unmade or the Stormfather?

We know that spren can be altered by Investiture from a different Shard, eg Sja-Anat's Enlightening of the Mistspren, Raboniel's Corruption of the Sibling.

Given Endowment's nature, Breath is very adaptable to new bearers and doesn't come with strings attached.

I think it's possible to give them to spren but it might alter their nature, or the Breath might adapt to them and so not alter their new owner

I've actually read most of the Coppermind, at least relating toward investiture. I probably should read more of the arcanum though, as not all the information there is put in the Coppermind.

I mostly ask these questions here because I like to hear someone else tell me something, to be honest; I enjoy having people listen to me about a subject I love, and talking to me about it back, and having them actually enjoy the experience. I don't have any friends or family who like to listen to me talk about this kind of stuff, and they usually get bored or upset with me when I try.
