Why are twinborn resonances weaker than radiants?

I couldn't find the quote, but Sanderson has said that there is more investiture in surgebinding than allomancy. I believe this to be the reason why a twinborn's resonance to be less pronounced than a radiant's; there's simply less innate investiture involved in the system.

Any thoughts on this?

If that was the case, then the more Investiture a person had the more obvious their resonance would be, but that's not the case.

I think it's more that Radiant powers are more external than Twinborn equivalents tend to be. Some of it might also be that most Radiants pull from Stormlight to power their thing, a very energetic source, compared to Preservation's presumably more placid pool of power.

Of course I may just be dumb and completely wrong about all of this.

I would say that more power is what makes the resonances more pronounced, and the reason more powers makes less resonances is the difference between strength of power and number of powers.

I think for Allomancy, you req a relatively low amount of base Investiture plus connection to Preservation, you're basically acting as a conduit for the Shard's power. For Radiancy, you're actually holding Investiture yourself, you're actually really holding the Stormlight within yourself not just channeling it. The connection is to a small Splinter rather than a Shard but there's a bigger melding of Spiritwebs involved. So overall, a Radiant is more Invested. That's my take on it.
