Shard of Reading Kandra Posted November 16, 2020 Report Share The concept of this is really cool. I do think that the stormlight looks kind of funky but it wouldn't take much tweaking to make it awesome! Quote Link to comment
Chasmgoat Full Shardbearer Posted November 16, 2020 Report Share I keep trying to adjust the stormlight but I can only see the finished product of each change 3 minutes after doing it since it takes so long to load. I will try to fix it in future spheres. Quote Link to comment
Knight of Iron Enefel Posted November 16, 2020 Report Share Wow man who cut that gemstone it looks like literally all it’s Stormlight is just straight up heading out... Lol, in all seriousness, this is really cool! Quote Link to comment

Experience Most Ancient Posted November 17, 2020 Report Share What did you use for the stormlight? Quote Link to comment
Chasmgoat Full Shardbearer Posted November 17, 2020 Report Share I did a smoke simulation with the smoke coming from the sphere and then textured the smoke. Quote Link to comment
revelryintheart Scadrian Waffle Cook Posted November 17, 2020 Report Share For the stormlight, I would color it white/greenish-white and have it only tinted with the original color on the outside (if that makes sense). I don't know anything about 3D stuff but if I were drawing stormlight that's how I would do it. Looks great!! Quote Link to comment

I am not sure if I could do it very well... Thanks! Quote Link to comment
