Aye I know this one

Possibly

Were you somehow relating to Princess Alexandra of Bavaria?
She had a psychological condition and believed that she had swallowed a glass piano as a child, and it could shatter and puncture her organs

King Charles VI of France, Princess Alexandra of Bavaria, and Greek Lieutenant General Georgios Hatzianestis all had a psychological condition known as glass delusion.

Have a peek at the Wikipedia page. It's interesting.

Yeah, I think mine is unmanaged anxiety (and anxiety-induced depression)

I don’t like sitting with nothing because sitting makes me think and that’s not fun right now

The good news is this is my busy summer and I’m volunteering in an ER for 7 hours most of the week and on the weekends I’m working, so…

busy!
