Anime would be an awesome option, but yes. Western Culture sees cartoons as childish. I worry that it would never be noticed and for a ten book series. Lots of funding would be needed and that means a lot of viewers. Maybe the books do have the right amount of humor to seem funny in its own way, but the series is also dark in some ways and not nearly as silly as Avatar.

You're not alone. I'm bit shy. The only thing that I seem to have in common with anyone is my love for Brandon Sanderson's books that where introduced to me by my older brother.

Kal's abilities to become more focused in battle come from stormlight. All of the occasions that include him getting more strength in battle come from him pulling in stormlight. He doesn't enjoy slaughtering in battle, he has different motives than those that discuss the thrill. Dalinar has been changing. Only until recently has Dalinar been disgusted by the thrill. I didn't mean to reply to this particular discussion. I don't disagree with this theory. I do have different feelings concerning what Kal feels. My opinion has also been changed by this discussion.

Thank you for this comment Shardlet. I do wonder what Lirin would do in a conversation with Kal? Do either of them feel that Kal can continue on his path to become a surgeon. What does it mean to be a Windrunner. Besides, Kal is believed to be dead.

I should say hello first to everyone. So hello. I wonder whether Lirin will be proud or disappointed of what All has become. Will he scolded or support. Also, why does Kal fear seeing his father more than anything in his world?
