  1. Yes, you can put it on the ground, and anybody approaching you at high speed will shatter their femur by stubbing their toe on it. The entertainment is having a soundtrack to Szeth's killing sprees from the screaming assailant rolling on the ground at your feet.
  2. The dinosaur or the book?
  3. Guy in mistborn hoodie, huh?*looks* There he is! *approaches, stops* No wait, that guy has one too... *looks around wildly* And that one and that one and that one.. *shinks slightly in generic sweater*
  4. I wonder if you could give us a hint of how you did that? It looks awesome and I want to try for myself. Unfortunately, my Photoshop-fu is weak and I'm nowhere near that skill level.
  5. What if the Dakhor can use the deaths to empower themselves: for example, after a certain number of deaths, they can grant one of their members an extra life, or give one of their own the ability to kill a person each night? Even better, what if they have the option to sacrifice their own to add to this total, with no limit on how many at a time. Of course, there has to be a majority vote within the Dakhor as to who dies. Other roles: ReSealer: can save one person per night Bloodsealer(s): can target a certain number of people each night, depending on game size; if that person dies during the night and is not used by the Dakhor, they can use that person's role for the next cycle. Forgers: Can forge people to appear to be something they aren't when the Gradget/Seons target them; the target does not know they have been Forged. Elantrian: With so little power, all they can manage is an Aon Ehe per night. Of course, that's still enough to boil some unfortunate's brain into charred ruin... Seon: Small and capable, you can find the truth. Find a person's role each night.
  6. This sounds like displacing your awareness to another dimension kinda thing? What about having a system where each school is a different focus - so maybe Sight with subschools for seeing life, emotions, water, air currents etc., a Body school that lets you slow-teleport at the cost of being blind and deaf while moving, a Hand school that has to do with shifting the laws of physics you obey as you strike things etc.
  7. The nice thing about having a nigh-infinite source of energy is that you can dump power out of it and into it without having to compensate for the physics exactly.
  8. A voice echoes out of the cold dawn mists, rippling up and down shadowed streets, formed of the random rustling of trash in the wind. "Fooooooools... You may have killed me, but my spirit lives on...a fragment of me...in a piece of metal...Who shall inherit...my power...and who...shall take my revenge?...Let this be...a lesson..."
  9. Guys...? I don't think killing me is a good idea for our side. I'll leave it at that, Peng can confirm why if he trusts you.
  10. Well, if everyone votes for the proxies, sure, they dead, and you're down a minion. But vote for Lord Quillion himself, and he's gone, sucka.
  11. Wes, the knave, as bid We take your pitiful life. We shall mourn for you Shimble sobbed into his drink. He didn't want to do it - he had no real choice. "Wes, friend, I'm sorry. Forgive me for what I did!" Wes looked at him, a little annoyed. "You just shouted a drunken haiku mourning for me and promising to kill me. I'm worried about how bloodthirsty you are, but you haven't even tried punch me. In the state you're in, you'd miss if you did." Shimble stared at Wes. "Old friend! Can it..can it truly be you? I'm sorry for what we did...I had no choice! Don't haunt me, pale spirit! Unhand me, begone from this cursed place; you'll find no solace here! Drag your rattling chains elsewhere and leave us in peeeaaaaaace!"
  12. I don't see why you wanting to cover ideas in thick carpet could possibly be an issue. Shag carpet, while a little past its era, is neverless a wonderful retro feel in any home.
  13. I wonder if we could make a scenario that uses no Surgebinders, just Shardplate, Shardblades, fabrials, Soulcasters, ardents, etc.
  14. Also, if Peng can reach out to all the Mistings, he can tell us if we're about to lynch someone important. Except we probably should go ahead anyway, cause the Inquisitor can Spike people. So yeah.
  15. Koloss: invincible to night kills, but his vote doesn't count. Nicroburster: can use his power on one person per night. That person's power will affect one random person in addition to their target (possibly including the nicroburster or themselves). Cannot affect voting powers. Leecher: Can use their power once per cycle. Blocks use of any power. Metallurgist: Can target one person a cycle. The following cycle, that person has 2 uses of their power. Hazekiller: Can kill once per night. Ignores Lurching.
  16. Yeah, I get the impression Transformation is getting a bit more metaphysical - the force that drives change from one thing to another.
  17. I trust that Peng is a Mistborn now. I recommend that the Seekers use him to broadcast everything. And, for the love of Preservation, all remaining Lurchers protect the man. If Weiry was the first and last...
  18. "I will keep calm and carry on"
  19. They each mean something different, maybe you could style them after that? Might be a little to difficult though.
