    A half-elantrian with a ton of painrials would be nice. Though, come to think of it, they might not work. I wonder if half-elantrians are invisible to Allomantic bronze? What about manipulation by brass and such?

    Not that part, no. Though that would be a reasonable, if harsh, alternative to the death penalty as it's administered here. Instead of a lethal injection, you're sedated and executed hemalurgically. Still creepy, but whatever.

    We don't know. It's virtually certain that these voices are "of Odium" in some way: His minions, spren, or just power expressed in voices within her rhythms. The stormspren might be saying these things, but the plural suggests that it simply acts as a gateway for greater forces.
