OK, I've been trying to avoid jumping on to the Facebook griping bandwagon, but it frustrates me that I've been dutifully marking what I do and don't want to see and it has not been saving these preferences. I don't mind working with a new system, so long as the system actually works. :S

If you are super concerned about Facebook's new system, scroll to the bottom of your page, click "Edit Options" and then "Manage Subscriptions". You'll see a list of all your friends with grey "subscribed" buttons on the side. Hovering over the grey button will give you a list of options. You can change "Most updates" to "All updates" for people you especially want to keep track of, and you can check and uncheck various types of updates you want to see (ie, I want to see all of Mom's status u...

I am SO proud at how well behaved all four (!) of my kids were at the viewing for Brother Hughes, and I'm super grateful for the folks who let my family skip ahead so I didn't pass out before getting there. I probably should have known better than to push myself, but I'm thankful I had the chance to pay my respects and say goodbye.

Ugh. Kaladin was so pro at nursing when he was born, but low blood sugar -> supplementing with formula -> now he doesn't want to nurse because bottles are easier. D:

It occurred to me that because I'll still be at the hospital tomorrow night, I'll totally be able to watch the Emmys. Score!

Kaladin Raymond Moore was born at 8:01pm on Sept 15. He was 6 lb 9oz and 18 1/4in long.

After being still ALL DAY yesterday, Kaladin is finally wiggling again. Yay!
