    This for me really affected me. When Sadeus wouldn't give up the bridgemen I was physically sickened by the prospect of Dalinar not keeping his word. My jaw hit the floor when he gave up the blade. Moments like this are the reason why I genuinely describe WoK as "GLORIOUS" without hyperbole.

    I always thought she interpreted them as evil was because a shard represents a spren bonded to a KR.. So one being used by any modern Schlubb for non KR ideals was"evil" because there's poor spren trapped or wasted in them.

    I'm assuming everyone has seen this beauty. This is a sketch Whelan made for Brandon in one of his artbooks. I take way more comfort in this image than the abandoned painting. It shows his understanding of what makes Kaladin "Da Man" in expanding and hinting at the awesomness to come in Words of Radience.
