  1. If we’re going to do a group claim. In order to make sure it’s at least some fun, we should only claim one thing. Either shard worlds or alignments or whatever, just not both
  2. He’s not wrong though, it’d make the pseudo game a lot less fun to play.
  3. Uh huh, but unless all the pseudo Elims are also meta Elims, they’ll know the truth, and they can counter claim, and then we’ll know one of the two are meta Elims, and there’s at least 3 pseudo Elims who will contest the lie
  4. Or I’m just wrong lol But betting on a village victory allows for Elim on Elim betrayal. What player wouldn’t want to do that? It’d be so fun. Like, I’d be fine being on the receiving end of that It isn’t very fun, yes, which is the one downside IMO(the FFA game recently was another example of this) Sort of? This would require us to claim alignments, and then we know who’s Elim and who’s village and then we look at all the villagers, see who we’re most suspicious of in the meta game and exe them, or if we aren’t sure, an inactive player
  5. Killing off villagers takes longer. There’s at least 13-14. And people are gonna die anyways. And this is the most reversible. Again, killing off 4-5 Elims isn’t too hard if they all come forward
  6. Yeah, that’s pretty much it. It’s easier, they have an incentive, it works whether your comfortable with a slow or fast game, and so I think that’s how they’ll have gone
  7. If we do do that I suggest killing off villagers, if I’m right, we’re making progress, and if I’m not we have the most time to course correct. That said, this only works if everyone agrees with this
  8. For why I think they’d have gone with a pseudo village win for the bet: 1. Everyone was talking about how a pseudo Elim was better 2. it’s possible to have the villagers win as early as pseudo day 2(not accounting for any coinshot help) as long as one Meta elim is also a pseudo Elim. 3. In the case the Meta Elim’s aren’t going for a fast game(for whatever reason), it’s a lot harder for us to anti-rig. Them killing off 4 pseudo Elim’s is a lot harder to stop than trying to reach village Elim parity. the village wincon requires 4ish(I’ve been debating between 4-5 Elim’s) deaths, while the Elim wincon requires up to 12. One of those is way easier to do
  9. Honestly I’m considering just going hard on the Elim’s choosing a particular bet(not sure which) and then depending on how well that seems to be working, going against it. Contrary to what I said in thread yesterday, I think they’ll have gone with a pseudo Elim bet edit: sorry, pseudo village win
  10. Do we need to ping people when we vote them? Or do we just be like, figure it out and look
  11. The bendalloy “quick eats” one was hilarious to me because of how much money they’d burn for it
  12. Yep, they rig the pseudo game, we figure out how they’re rigging it and we then counter rig it
  13. I think I’m the one who actually needs to learn about blindly obeying Myst edit: that said, I’ve only gotten you killed like twice
  14. I don’t like dying early either. And yes, do better about that this game.
  15. Considering how long it takes us to all arrive at the place we need to be for YM or Sunday School I don’t think we’re getting anything done. But considering I don’t follow come follow me(kinda hard to do it by yourself) Being able to have it covered every single week instead of every other will be nice
  16. On another depressing note, the same is true here of rioters and soothers. Once they had the ability to incite change, influence the masses, and be the most persuasive and influential people in the world. Making people look past certain details, act rashly, or even allow them to be scammed. And now, with everyone wearing aluminum, they’re nothing more than glorified temporary therapists
  17. Only if we like mass spammed them My one anonymous game was so confusing, I rely a lot on knowing who is who and their past games, and so having to throw everything aside like that was a shock. I feel like I’d be recognizable now, or at least you’d know I was one of 2-3 people. I definitely wasn’t then but now I think I would be
  18. I might as well, but for D&D, so I’d have to find something else to do. But the idea is still amazing
