I was like that for a whole year. That's why most everyone thinks I'm genderfluid, because I hinted at it very heavily before I realized I was allowed to be trans.

Yep, in my state you can't really be trans. You either pass or you don't and are seen as a pervert. It's rough and there is not much I can do to transition.
