    Do you play any instruments?

Assuming no matter where you chose you would be safe, if you could visit any place in the Cosmere where would you go?

    Yes, I play the clarinet

    I would go to Scradrial

We don't know. Feruchemical chromium gives Fortune, so enhancing that could make someone super lucky, but why would that mean "ringer'?

Exactly, like what even is a ringer. I think it is because "Ringer" implies skilled deception. The term "ringer" comes from a slang term for an expert who is brought into a competition to deceive others and guarantee a win. This perfectly describes a Chromium Compounder's advantage.

The first letter of each word in the ketek points to the names of the books in the series (and their Roshar literary counterparts) in order.

    Original Ketek:

    Trusted Words

    Known Words

    Renounce Once.

    Renounce Words Known.

    Words … trusted …

    Once.

You have to goof with the ketek structure a little to spot it easier.

Trusted Words Known (The Way of Kings)

    Words Renounce (Words of Radiance)

    Once. (Oathbringer)

    Renounce Words (Rhythm of War)

Known. Words … trusted … (Knights of Wind and Truth)

Once (the real mystery is figuring out what this one means! Any ideas? Or did I miss something obvious?).

That is insane! I can't believe that I missed it. Kudos to Sanderson.

I think feruchemy would be my favorite because you can reuse the metal storages and stuff, and you don't have to stab people to get powers. And I think the most interesting feature of the the Metallic Arts is compounding, and I'm really curious about compounding Chromium as well.

Compounding chromium creates very interesting effects, though it seems like Brandon plans on revealing more about compounding limit in era 3 of Mistborn.

    Good picks!

I don't think anyone's chosen Wax before, so that's new.

Adolin, I think, would get along with everyone here.

Well Wayne's not as fun without Wax.

    Hello! Welcome?

Which Cosmere food do you most want to try: chouta, Horneater stew, Horneater lager, or Lift’s pancakes?

What’s your most crackpot Cosmere theory you secretly want to be true?

    What's your favorite Wayne quote?

last but definitely second most important:

Do you play Zelda or Hollow Knight? if not, what do you play/do in your free time?

I want to try Horneater stew.

    I don't know

I like "I bought a ward against it off a traveling fortune-teller, It lets me add two 'n' two and get a pickle." and "It is lucky. I ain't never died while wearing that hat."

And I do play Zelda. I am working on the Champions ballad for Botw right now.

    Welcome!

If you could invite any 6 Sanderson characters to a party, who would you invite?

I would invite Wayne, Hoid, Wax, Adolin, Vin, and Elend.

Welcome to the Shard! Which Sanderson character would you most and least want to have lunch with?

I would most like to have lunch with Wayne and least like to have lunch with Moash.

What happened to Moash was caused by Crystal Spikes, something developed by the Herald Battar. It is likely a derivative of Hemalurgy, in the same way that the ability to Sense Investiture, like Seekers on Scadrial, appears across multiple worlds.

As for other examples of the Metallic Arts, nothing overt but Hoid has been seen drinking some metal in one of Shallan's flashbacks and Pushing on metals when he freaked out in WaT.

The Ghostbloods likely have some Metalborn, but again there is nothing overt. They definitely use Hemalurgy, as Gereh's stabbed corpse can attest.

Oh. Thank you so much for the clarification.

  9. Do you think that there are some examples of the Metalic arts in roshar? Like Moash being stabbed in the eyes so he can see investiture? Was that some kind of metal from scadrial that we haven't seen yet?
