    So, it has come to my attention that I have some very abusive friends. I think that they're good people at heart and they just don't realize how abusive they are. What should I do about it?

      Are they trying to be abusive? A lot of people will say things as jokes and may not realize how they impact others.

      Have you tried talking to them about it?

      Short answer is to communicate. It ain’t likely to change unless you say something, especially if it’s not on purpose. If it I on purpose, then they’re not good friends imo

      I’d talk to them as honestly as possible, giving them the benefit of the doubt that they’re not intending to be abusive
