  1. There’s a game I love called War Chest that feels like a real-world version of (I think it was called Tower?) from SA. This doesn’t meet your standards for complexity, but I feel obligated to mention it; my all time favorite game is called onitama. Imagine chess, perfected.
  2. I… didn’t understand a lot of the jargon. What does bus and hard-bus mean? Also IMO?
  3. Also, this is my 100 post! Yay!
  4. @Kasimir That’s a LOT of words, but curiously, nothing about the soothe or about your read on TUO. Is that coming soon in another long post?
  5. That’s my point But @Kasimir, I’d still like to know why you voted for TOW, especially since you cast that vote before he said anything this turn.
  6. @Kasimir why vote @ThatOneWorldhopper? Also, it seems curious that @ThatOneWorldhopper, who’s only played two games of SE before, would figure out the best way for, the elim team to use the mercy shot than @Kasimir, who, I’d gander, has been here for slightly longer than 2 games. Also also, @A Jo in the Bush, shouldn’t @YEVAD have four votes, since he didn’t vote for anyone last turn?
  7. Also, surface motives of the soothe (is that the right term?) seem to be to be to take TUO out of the second (now first) place tie, and possibly to lower pressure on Aster too. But of course, that could just be framing TUO, especially because of how easy it is to get momentum enough on a train to get someone else out. Still, just cuz I don’t personally have any other leads, I’m leaning toward TUO @KelsierApologist they didn’t use it yet.
  8. Why TOW? Also, what is the mercy shot? I don’t think I saw anything about it in the rules
  9. How bad is it if |TJ| isn't an elim? What are the chances of winning if the first three executed are all village? Also, is this good or bad reasoning for SE?
  10. @IcedOutPenguin I think it's you, and the elims want to let all the village vote for TJ so their votes dissapear, while members of the elim vote for village to get up their votes for next time. @StrikerEZ Wait, nevermind. i got mixed up. when penguin said And you said I had been arguing with penguin and thought he was talking about me. Sorry! Also @IcedOutPenguin how do you go about joining the 'how to kill a shadow dragon' rp?
  11. Uh, @StrikerEZ? (people are responding fast enough that the last 8 posts are listed as "posted just now")
  12. If everyone votes TJ, then all votes dissapear when he dies, bringing no one closer to elimination.
  13. I personaly am up for pushing a penguin train next round, but again, other opinions would be super helpful
  14. @ThatOneWorldhopper I am a new player (I've been on the shard for like a month), and I think penguin is new to SE too. I am sus of penguin for reasons like , but I'm new enough that I'd much appriciate a second opinion. For now, TJ
  15. TWTBAW, All the acronyms starting with TU_ (I assume TUO is @The Unknown Order, but am stumped on the others), and ksos Also, where has @The Unknown Order been for the entirety of the second episode? This rouses my suspicions and tingles my spider sense. TUO
  16. @Tinwatcher basically, you have proficiency in your district’s metal, pretty much like Kel. Except with one metal instead of two, and a bit of practice with your opposite push/pull metal.
  17. I am not an elim. I swear by my kindle, which contains basically every sanderbook ever. (You’re welcome, @ThatOneWorldhopper) This sounds like a total elim question, but I actually can’t find the awnser; did anyone ever say how many elims there are? @ThatOneWorldhopper Also, I have no Idea what’s going on and don’t know a third of all the acronyms everyone is using. I’m basically just going along with people who I think are the good guys, since I have no Idea how to make things happen myself. Also, if someone could draw me up a list of terms and acronyms, I will compliment your hair (or lack therof)
  18. @Kaladin Stormcursed When’s the next time you’re avalible? This has been delayed for a long time already, and I have no problem with waiting a bit more. @sneak spooky spook guy Sorry! Cadmium or bronze.
  19. I love this! It’s really creative. My big idea on this magic system: (note; I have a habit of spewing my ideas at anyone who cares to listen. I just think these would make fore a cooler magic system. Please don’t take it personally.) Personally I don’t think there should be a lower limit on size. I think that excess mass should just be turned into investiture and investure the Shifter, keeping them at close to their normal strength and giving Shifting an ant-man like quality. As an example, if you became a squirrel, you wouldn’t have your normal strength but maybe something in-between, like a squirrel flaring pewter. The skull requirement and the mammal requirements would prevent you from going much smaller than the aforementioned squirrel.
  20. Sorry I’m late! I don’t have my phone most of the day, and computer access is limited. After reviewing everything, I’ma leave my vote on myself, though I’m venturing a theory that ThatOneWorldhopper is an elim, and the elims cleared his votes a) to save |TJ| or to frame him, and b) to remove suspicion from TOW. But this is literally my first game, so I’m probably wrong, which is why I’m leaving my vote on myself. Also, someone else vote for me; I feel like if I’m ignored long enough, someone’s gonna assume I’m an Elim. Also, @KelsierApologist, What’s TWTBAT?
  21. I, personally, am of the opinion that free will isn't real, but that if it's impossible to tell the difference between a deterministic and an adeterministic world, then there's no point. Even if what happens next is already set in stone, I don't know what'll happen next, and it's literally impossible to construct a computer to predict the whole of the universe, since any computer that tried would have to simulate it's own code, which would then force it to simulate itself simulating its own code, which would then force it to simulate itself simulating it's code, etc. etc.. humans as RNGs are very flawed, tho. for example, I'm guessing none of y'all read the terms and conditions when u made an account, which may have been a bad move, as they have a very interesting passage about the administrator known as Rubix. If you read it, you may begin to understand my profile pic a bit more.
  22. @KelsierApologist what does smh mean? (Thank you, Thank you, Thank you very much) Also, I spontainiously sit on |TJ|
