  1. Yeah. And that WoB was 2017, so 14 years is 2031. It'll probably be released at Nexus (can't imagine it not) and that is the earliest one I have a chance of attending.
  2. Alright I've got one thing. The Red Rising Series currently has 6 books. Back when the recommendation was made, there were only five. Very minor, it won't really impact anyone as anyone who decides to read it will eventually know that there's a sixth book. But I wanted to point it out anyway.
  3. Ahhh...

    I just finished Death's End...

    ...

    I can't speak...

    Why... how...

    Spoiler

    The universe is ending!

    Life destroys the universe...

Alright so... spatial dimensions can be destroyed, or folded into quantum scales... is someone going to fold time? Will the end of the universe be a zero-dimensional thing that just is, existing truly outside of time...

String theory requires eleven dimensions, they said...

Yun Tianming's fairy tales, now those were something. I did get that Prince Deep Water was supposed to represent light, but like I didn't get anything else. Looking back at it, I get now the fact that he couldn't be painted by Needle Eye was supposed to urge humanity to research curvature propulsion.

I mostly understood Singer's chapter. I get that low-entropy entities were lifeforms and the hiding gene and cleansing gene were the Dark Forest awareness stuff. Primitive membrane was electromagnetic waves, I think long membrane is gravitational waves? I don't know. Although... at the end, with communications coming from the great universe on 'supermembrane'...

Now, the timeline of all this. When did the universe lose it's first spatial dimension? Back then, things would've happened much faster due to the increased speed of light and...

    ...

    ...

Wouldn't that eliminate the chain of suspicion? How did the Dark Forest even exist back in the early universe then? I may be missing something, but... did I find an error in all this?

  4. Using good spelling (Bolding, not Boldimg, and italicising, not italicizing).
  5. ... Bolding and italicising your posts
  6. Soul and Stone [ES] Silk and Ashes [HoA]
  7. Except me! Because I entered a warp into 4D space and 5D spacetime!
  8. I mean Writing the word 'throwing' in aluminum and throwing it into the microwave
  9. Writing the word throwing in aluminum and throwing it into the microwave
  10. Well, you see, I live halfway across the world. I've got to like finish school at least before I can get a plane ticket to go to Dragonsteel. Most likely not before 2039 or something though.
  11. I hope that he has a good time as a Cognitive Shadow The Cosmere Begins by Omnicrola
  12. Well, works out fine, because Dragonsteel Nexus 2031 is probably the earliest one I even have a chance of attending..
  13. I play Survive by stormlyte Which I'm actually listening to right now Kelsieyyy Preservation said Do better than you have Before You were their god You played with their faith The hearts of men are not your toys
  14. Your beta testers undergo beta decay
  15. I play glockenspiel stuff because that's the only instrument I can play
  16. Because you do not have a larynx, it goes into your lungs along with my intestines, so I technically have it.
  17. The first (I think) to invite a non-cosmere character! Ishikk is also a first, I believe we only see him once or twice. Wit is pretty common but, at least in my opinion, a bad choice. He would arrive late, leave early and insult everyone while he's there. I think you are also the first to invite Renarin. Kaladin is quite popular though. Shallan is... average.
  18. You know you could've just entered a 4 dimensional fragment and use that to enter the safe without having to open anything. I offer to give you back your larynx if you give me the sandwich.
