    Won't lie I have read some of his stuff It's not... great? For example there's one where a guy descends underground and starts shrieking over the phone to his friend going "OHHH NOO THE HORROR IS SO INDESCRIBABLE IT'S HORRIFYING AND I CAN'T DESCRIBE IT" And then he dies And that's the end of the story I'm not messing with you But it is encouraging to know a book doesn't have to be good to be influential
