I personally loved mistborn because 1:Kelsier my beloved, 2:Wayne my beloved, 3: i really love the metallic arts, especially feruchemy, 4: Steris.

As he walked around, he noticed various knick-knacks, including, but not limited to: a small globe, a weird looking device with strung up metal balls, what appears to be a family photo, and various textbooks.

Damm, that’s a good catch. I don’t have answers, but i have guesses 1: maybe TLR withheld some bindpoints even to his inquisitors, and this is some new kind of bindpoint? 2: we know god metals are a tad wierd. Maybe they have different spike bindpoints then the base metals and the Scadrian god metals? 3: they simply misplaced the spike during the process?

There are a few main differences between a herald and a return.for one, there can only be a certain numeric of heralds at one time (i believe it was 1,4, and 10 that can exist as once). Second, returned don’t get an honorblade, and heralds don’t get a divine breath or an equivalent splinter. Also, returned are far less invested than a herald. And heralds don’t need to consume investiture to sustain themselves. Realmaticly speaking, returned are cognitive shadows stapled to a body via their divine breath, which is a splinter of endowment, while heralds are cognitive shadows whose bodies are synthesized by the oathpack out of honor’s investiture.

so, what does the “heat” on canticle count as? I know that they’re transferring investiture from one person to another. Is it an invested art? Does this count simply as a MOL? also, on a related note, when a canclitian/cantilite (idk which is correct) transfers heat, do they do so based off a set measurement or is it proportional? For example, can canticlites transfer in set amounts (ex ~0.5 BEU’s) or only in proportion to their total investiture (ex 15%, which could vary greatly depending on who we’re talking about), or is it matter of choice between the two when they transfer heat?

I could imagine that being the double pewter resonance. And i do think you get a resonance from compounding. I always assumed mile’s pain ignorance was his double gold resonance.

so, this is my 3rd twinborn poll. I’m think I’ll do electrum next, then cadmium. I, personally like bendalloy and zinc, as you could kind of beat anyone in an argument. If someone has a point you can’t beat on your own, bendalloy bubble, tap zinc, then drop the bubble, and boom, master counterpoint.

I can see that. Definitely would be a fun combo.

So, this is my 2nd ‘which twinborn would you like to be’, this time it’s steel. I’ll do bendalloy after this one. I like A-steel+F-chromium, because I am very clumsy and I feel as if i might need some luck while steelpushing.

If i recall correctly, you can rip your skin like a koloss using pewter compounding, which sounds pretty painful if you ask me, even if you’re burning A-pewter.

so, i tried to make a poll including all the twinborn options, but that was not possible. So, i decided to split it up into serval different polls (if that’s allowed. I don’t think it’s violating any rules, but still). This is the pewter one, and I’ll put up the polls for the others shortly if you wanna check them out. Also, if you have any ideas for names of a combo, please share.
