  1. "You know," whispers Elben back to Alfonce, "That's actually a good idea" For @Just_a_Fan's eyes only Before waiting for an answer (From either of them), Elben yells up to SmokeFlash and says, "WOULD YOU LIKE TO HELP US FREE A FELLOW CAPTIVE HUMAN FROM THE CLUTCHES OF AN EVIL DRAGON, PLEASE?"
  2. And everyone saw that someone
  3. I'm sorry, what's going on?
  4. YES I WOULD LOVE TO! YESYESYESYESYESYESYES! 2 things: 1. It has to include dragon, 2. it has to somehow include an homage to mistborn. But I'm flexible. YES YAY!
  5. Cool! I already made one!
  6. And then everyone loved each Thx for the context @Doomslug the Arcane
  7. And then, The tigers Killed New to this and exited! Idk whats going on
  8. NO SPOILERS! I want to have a fresh mind when I read the best cosmere book. Its cosmere! And dragons! So please, NO SPOILERS
  9. 2 things. 1, really big metalminds. 2, don't hate me, *pulling
  10. That being said, F-Copper stores memories - exactly the same as they were when you first received them, but with degradation for however long it was out of the metalmind. The memories are impeccable - but you don't notice anything with enhanced perception (AFAIK). From this, I have two different conjectures: Burning duralumin while Tapping Copper will enhance the memories to the point where you will notice a lot more than typical but it will degrade the memory at a higher rate. Other mental benefits could be prevalent, such as in this WOB (Talks about Copper Compounding, but duralumin could do something similar): Burning duralumin while Tapping Copper causes the memory to flash by too fast for you to really make any sense of it and it degrades the memory majorly. This is probably more likely to happen than #1, but I think #1 would be cooler so I'm going to go with that. I'm just going to go ahead and say that more details would be able to be noticed. Resonance: These are hard to define but I will do my best - I think an increased ability to process information during explosive events or normally deep perspective thoughts Name: I'm going to go with Mindburst, seeing as it is similar to Nicroburst although to do with memories. Rating: This twinborn wouldn't be the most useful in combat, but for a detective or some similar occupation it could be pretty useful (if my theory is true) so 7/10 as it would be useful in daily life. Unless my theory is wrong, then it would be a 3/10, as it wouldn't be better than having just F-Copper, but it would be better than just having A-Duralumin. This is really cool! I really liked the original series, and I'm glad it was revived! Could you talk about Iron Compounding? I feel like its a bit underated. I would be very happy to see someone talk about its city leveling powers.
  11. Elben, interjecting, says, "So you to are arguing about morality and decisions, while the one thing you agree on, going right now, at this moment, as soon as we can, is also the thing you are delaying. You two can argue while we walk to save the captive." He sighs, "Shall we walk? You too can chatter all you want on the way to free the person in IMEDIATE DANGER. You know, the one thing you two agree on?"
  12. Thank you! That clears some things up!
  13. They still could have been like, a copy of dragons or something that adonalsium created.
  14. As we know from Dawnshard, Larkins are 'off world' creatures. They didn't originate from Roshar. We also know that larkins are practically immortal, unless they are killed. They can fly, and they have a similar structure and scales of dragons. They are also sentient and can fly. I get the feeling they are dragons. This might just be a theory, but its a cool one.
  15. "Give me at least 3 reasons why." Revi says to Elben, their pupils narrowing into slits. Elben launches into the 3 reasons, "Well, first, I am strong and fast, so I will be able to keep up with the party and be helpful in bad situations, second, I am a good magician, so I can cast spells to get through rough situations, and third, I am a scholar so I know the weaknesses and strengths of monsters" then, taking a gamble, "I also have a grudge against one of the dragons. He-It killed one of my friends." really seeming genuine at that last part, "I would like to avenge my fallen comrade."
  16. Elben walks up the the party and asks Revi, "Can I join you on your quest?"
  17. Thank you! That helps a lot! I was very confused.
  18. Oh! thank you for the clairification! Yeah, you can be a good dragon (but you have to convince the heroes of that that first) and the magic is closest to that of D&D.
  19. I haven't read Warbreaker, so that might be a source of much confusion for me, but I do know that Breaths and Nightblood and a few other things are from it, so I'm not asking questions about them. Instead, I am confused about Wit and Dragons. As you might notice from my signature, I really like dragons. So it was of no suprise that when Wit said some stuff about talking to dragons, my reaction was: "DRAGONS! YES YES YES! I THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR EMBERDARK FOR A DRAGON REFRENCE!" as I silently added 'Wind and Truth' to my Books That Talk About Dragons In The Cosmere list in my head. By the time the epilogue came around, and Wit used bones too look into the world of the dragons or whatever, I was like, Wait. I read all the cosmere (Except for Warbreaker) Did I miss something? Is this the first introduction of bones and dragons in the cosmere? Or is this from Warbreaker? Could someone please explain?
  20. I'm confused. What's going on? I think I missed something.
  21. Can I be a helpful dragon? Also what's the magic system? Are you just saying magic and calling the day, or is there an intricate cosmere style magic system? Or is there a structured not too intricate magic system? I need mor context than just: MAGIC
