You are right, that was merely my assumption. However, I believe that from a perspective of Brandon's Rules of Magic, having the Murder Magic be able to not have to Murder and still be at the exact same power is a bit weird. You are right though, we don't have enough evidence to know either way, there is no evidence in either direction.
