    He grimaced. “I don’t think it can be done.” He rose his voice. “You there! Are you still aware?” The skeleton stopped. “I… I am. I can control it, Mystic!” Pyk grimaced. “What did this to you?” The skeleton knelt. “I know not.”

    He nodded, and a purple mist surrounded him. “I know.” He raised a hand, and… Nothing happened. Frowning, Pyk took his hand back. The bones bled to a charcoal black.

    “…I’m not sure, but he looks like bad luck. “ The figure stepped towards them. “It’s okay! It’s… it’s under control. I can control it!” Golden Strands pulsed from his bones.

We’ll question him, then consider this… ‘asylum.’” He looked towards Nikolas. “Why do you need asylum from the Masks?” Nikolas looked down. “Because I… I killed Crimson.” @Spark of Hope Nikolas looked at the soldier, hands in his pockets. “I just asylum, please. The Masks are after me, and I would rather not die.” A small cylinder rolled between their feet, hissing and emitting a smal stream of smoke. The soldier threw himself over it, shouting. “Grenade!” There was a pop, and a wave of energy. The soldier’s body went limp and caught flame, heavy cloths of his winter outfit a suitable fuel for the incendiary. Three masked figures with rifles entered through a broken window, shedding snow onto the ground.     On a road in a country on a land of a planet, there was a cloak. The cloak, it seemed, was empty. This cloak walked far and wide, in search of a cure. For now, it was on a road. The cloak walked past a cart, and those in the cart died. The cloak walked past a farm, and for the next ten years, the animals had rancid meat. The cloak walked past a town, and then realized the phrase “ghost town.” Finally, the cloak collapsed, Strands of golden thread erupting from it as it screamed in pain. You see, it could not die. Perhaps, I should mention the contents of the cloak. It seemed empty, and what was in it was surely not relevant to anyone, but I should mention it nonetheless. Within the cloak, there was a skeleton. This was no ordinary skeleton, it seemed a skeleton of gold! But sadly, none were to see it, as they promptly died.

    He sighed. “Well, I have.” Nikolas hesitated, then put his hands up. “I’ll go with you, so long as you grant me asylum from the Masks!” The guard frown, waiting a time before answering.
