Those others were side effects of the journey.”

    Hang on. Might I have an inventory of all the characters in the party? Tenth Square retreated back to his mech, the design of which was called A-43. He pressed a button, and the mech field in upon itself, shrinking, and it became the size of a human, essentially a set of power armor. His sword shrunk as well, which he kept at his side, in its sheath.

    Pound searches his indexes for any mechanic of that identification, then nods when he finds Natsu. He picks a name, but isn’t very creative. {Yes. I see. You may… may call me Tenth Square.} The man exits the mech, but the mech stays rigid. He is wearing a face covering that masks his face completely, although his eyes are visible. It appears to be a headset.

    The figure falls on one knee, unsheathing its sword and placing it against its thigh. It bowed its head down. All a sign of respect. {You misunderstand my intentions, good sir. I wish to join you, as I have not in a long time met any other that appreciates MechaBots as I do.} The center container became transparent, and a short man could be seen within, controlling the mech. {This is me.} The center became opaque again. exactly!

    Eeeehhhh I’m bored imma make another character. A light fell down upon them, and a large figure glided down from the sky, powerful jets holding it aloft. The figure touched ground, and the jets turned off, the figures full weight crunching down upon the metal legs. A robotic voice was projected from the bot. {I sense many new mechs in proximity. Identification?} With inspection, the mech could be identified as having a metallic build, painted black and grey. The head was a piece of black metal with an electronic panel emitting blue light. The chest was one piece, a container in the middle. Jets stuck out of the back, and a large sword, a katana, hung from a sheath. {I come in peace.} “Do we still need you? That whole ‘guided by one who has already been there’ thing?”
