  1. He follows, still nourishing the Flame.
  2. “Nope! Imma make this guy remember! We used to be Allie’s, you know, back when I was Waela, and he was Eternal.”
  3. “Fine.” The glow faded. He licked his lips. “I am…” He laughed slightly. “Eternal.”
  4. *whispers* edit Perhaps… but there is a FIGHT in order! ”Yes! She would have told you the location of the Lattice!” The woman took a swig from a canteen, grinning.
  5. Herald ignored the coo, still muttering and glowing.
  6. Oh crap I did lol The head had a blindfold on. It seemed to be squirming under the blindfold. ”The head is to stop you. I’m afraid the High Priestess would have been much too helpful in your endeavors.” Drin frowned, folding his arms. “Do you recognize this place?”
  7. Herald sniffed, turning away. As the king left, Herald frowned. His skin began to take on an orange glow, and he jerked his head to the side. “Yes. I see. I understand. Thank you.”
  8. Pyk stared at the blindfolded woman, hand on his weapon. “You!” She grinned. “Me! Glad you remember!” She looks (and yes, she can do this) at Asher. “Do you like it? I collected it myself. Perhaps this Rending is the final one required.”
  9. “Yes, of course!” Intellect glared. “And what am I to do, Madness?” She grinned. “You are going to remember, of course!”
  10. He looks to the cop, wrinkling his nose. “No thank you.”
  11. Pyk frowns, stepping forwards, then paled. In the basin, still bleeding, is a severed head. The woman sitting in the pew had a blindfold on, but seemed to hear them. “Is that you, promised Vessel?” Drin frowned. “Do you have any idea where he could be?”
  12. Herald is still muttering to the small Flame he keeps under his jacket.
  13. “Yep! Better get started! But Intellect here can’t come with you!”
  14. Sleep is for the weak, the employed, and the people that care about making food impressions.
  15. Pyk nodded, looking around the empty street, slightly unnerved. He sighs, then pushes open the door to the cathedral. Within were rows of pews, empty. A basin sat on a stand at the end, and something lie inside. Across the stand, a mural of painted glass illuminated the room. There was a singe person, in the pew closest the stand. Drin floated beside her, looking in, shrugging, and hopping in.
  16. @Spark of Hope Herald did not extinguish the Flame which he held under his cloak. Rather, he fed it some oxygen, whispering to it. “Don’t you see? The Flame is eternal. And so am I.”
  17. Sleep. Pyk catches her, pulling her up. Drin does as well, looking interestedly.
  18. Herald nourished the Flame, holding it under his cloak and feeding it slowly with his Flame anointed Power. He watched the conflict with interest, grinning. Muttering under his breath, “See, little Flame? It is not permanent. Our time will come. You are eternal. You had a time before him, and so did we. And you will persist after him. So. Will. We.”
  19. He hesitated, and nodded. “Yea.” They Shifted, and appeared in front of a cathedral. ”Well… what’s in the building?”
  20. Herald arrived at the square, a cloak enveloping him.
  21. Pyk nodded. “We’ll be going to the headquarters of the Pact.” He held out his hand. “I’ve got the coordinates locked in.” Drin nodded. “Thank you.”
  22. @IcedOutPenguin ”That one!” She pointed, and the storm cleared to reveal a mount.
  23. He nodded, and then frowned. “We’ll ave to teleport.” ”Do you want to go alone? I… I’d understand.”
