    Hmmm idea How about the more complex magic you want to use, the more understanding, the more layers, you need - like, gravity, it can be represented locally as F = mg, but it is universally F = G(m1+m2/R^2) But, for some magic, the F = mg is good enough, ya know?

    Sirius really, really hated lying. But… It was so convenient, wasn’t it? Really, he deserved the respect people gave him now. So what if he had to cut a few corners. He could probably kill one anyways. Probably. He told himself this as he walked along the path, trying to ignore the fear growing.

    I had a random thought, inspired by Cobra Kai and the song “Built to Fall”

    It was a short thought, and it goes as such:

    The Render stared into the eyes of the one brought before him, shivering. “You know why you were brought before me, yes?”

    The man giggles slightly, then hiccuped before nodding. Tel grimaced; the man was drunk.

    ”Do you want to know what happened to the other one?”

    The man hesitated only slightly, then hiccuped again, nodding.

    ”They were brought to a surgeon, to fix the damage you did to them. The punishment for assault is quite severe, unfortunately. I am sorry. Do you have words of remorse before I enact it?”

    The man thought, then spoke. “Good!” He giggled at his own voice, then continued. “The cycle needs to end, you see. Violence, leading to more violence, looping on and on and on…” The drunk assumed a far off look, staring at nothing.

    Tel nodded, then raised his Focus. “This is why we have such severe punishments, you see.”

    The drunk nodded, then frowned. “It isn’t, is it? It’s not a cycle. That implies… that implies sustainability, repeatability. But it isn’t. It’s a vortex, each recursion bringing you closer and closer to an inevitable doom. I was famous once, do you know? I saved a child from thugs, from outlaws… they forgot me so fast.” His voice was quiet now, though another hiccup interrupted the silence. “Thank you, my friend, for this. For pulling me out of the vortex before I reached the center. I’m not… I’m not sure what I would have done in the center”

    He hiccuped again, but kept the semblance of calm. Disturbed, Tel pressed the focus to the man’s skin, executing him.

    Soooooo Dalinar’s visions reach into the SR and they are recreated by echoes of the event. Taravangian made a similar thing with echoes of the past. Soooo There is a certain limit to how much information can be stored in a limited space - a heck of a lot, but still limited. So the probability that coppermind a allow someone to recall something exactly is pretty low… Like An infinite resolution picture, ya know? This is kinda sketchy, but *shrug* So copperminds might reach into the SR for their memories, ya know? So compounding, it might put you into a sort of SR vision… I dunno thoughts?

    Sooooo Allomancy It’s end positive, brings in investiture from an outside source (as I learned from my last question!) But… Feruchemy is end neutral (well, slightly end negative, but that is simply because of inefficiency in transportation and investiture diffusion) But… Allomancy is of Preservation while Feruchemy is of Harmony… So shouldn’t Allomancy be end neutral? Cultivation counters Preservation’s intent, and so do Ambition and Endowment. (also, side thought, Lerasium-Harmonium alloy? Hoid-Feruchemy?)

    Okay okay okay I was like i dunno 7 years old and I was very energetic very very energetic so I was running around the house real fast like abd I ran straight into a chair that was for some reason exactly eye level, split often the side of my eyelid (it was like, the very left of my left eye, where the skin starts and the eye ends) And I went to the hospital I got my skin glued back together, almost got stitches BUT I SWEAR THEY FREAKING JUST POURED THE GLUE ONTO THE WOUND I WAS SO AFRAID IT WOULD DRIP INTO MY EYE i still have the scar but it isnt very noticeable - just a tiny raised line next to my eye
