Instinct

And these will be based on what you were promised (who your character is)

For example, Gerith is getting the choices as relating to his chronic illness, a variance of the plague that struck him.

Dominance: Shhh… this one’s a secret. It’s what he chooses.

Self Mastery: Draw strength from the sickness in some way.

Instinct: Infect others in some fashion
