Hard to predict how these combinations would be called, but I think that Reason combined with some of "angry" Shard (Ruin, Odium, or maybe Dominion) should soften the primal Intent; for example, combining Reason with Odium will give us something less destructive, but it works only if Reason is the dominant Intent in the pair. More interesting to me is the circumstances of combining two Shards matter to getting their new aspect. If Odium took Honor not after his last Vessel broke oaths, would it still form Retribution? Or if Sazed took one of his Shards earlier than the other, would he still become Harmony?

After reading this thread, a few questions crept into my mind: In LM, when Steris saves a day, we saw a group of possible Ghostblood Skybreakers (we can't be sure, but they very suspiciously asked about laws). 1. So how did they come to Scadrial from Roshar so quickly if on Roshar time was warped? 2. Which type of investiture do they use to power their abilities? 3. Why was Mraize requested to recruit a Radiant for Ghostbloods if they have a full group of them? 4. Which Skybreakers are they? I think it's probably a group that left Nale, but who knows... Of course, maybe they weren't Skybreakers, and all this question doesn't make sense. But what are your thoughts?

So, I was thinking, if Vorinism will still be a thing in the times of the next Return, and everyone will figure out that Kal became a Herald, ardents must give him a symmetrical name to worship. Tried to mirror his own name (Kaladinidalak), but it's too long, too bulky, and sounds like Kalak. Don't remember if we had anything about principles of changing names of Heralds except that they became symmetrical. Do you have any ideas what it will be?

In Lift book probably she would be a little bit overwhelmed with situation, where she is only Radiant that can use her powers outside the Tower. Renarin book probably will be about seeking for BAM (again?!), but in this time it will be focused on plans of BAM, because ain WaT all line with BAM was not about her plans, but about redemption of unhonorobal act of her capturing. Will be absolutely love to see how Kaladin will be tutoring the son of Adolin and Shallan, who maybe will be called Dalinar...

Where did you buy it? I pre-order American edition in Play Books but it still unavailable for me (i have German account), but as i can see English edition already out in same store, and don't understand why it's different time to release..

The tower and the crown—it's obviously glyphs of House Kholin, so after reading WaT chpt. 6, where Dalinar tells him that he can form his own house, it came to the theory that Kaladin could take glyphs of Kholin and add to it a spear as his own symbol. So in my opinion, the second part of Rattle's just appeal to Kal. But what exactly is the title? It's RAFO.

But why Stormfather and Sibling names tells they nature - one control storms and the other mayde with two kinds of investiture? And i just found out question that i can't answer, maybe someone will refresh my memory - did storms of Roshar recharge investiture in gems before arriving of Shards?

What if... Nightwatcher know what happened to Night or maybe where she hides?! Sounds stupid but why she was named like this?

Maybe agreement between Odium and Honor/Cultivation that locked him in the system has something to do with intelligent life in the system? Something like "you will not leave this system while there lives creatures that don't accept you". This will explain why he want destroy or subjugate everyone. So he manipulated people of Ashyn to destroy they homeworld and after survived flee on Roshar and decided not to use any surgebiding, he started manipulate some singers (they will become his first fused) with same purpose, and when Honor and Cultivation find out about this first desolation begun. We know probably nothing about times of first desolation, but i think that people and singers fighted on both sides, like in Last Desolation, for example we have Rlain fighting on side of Honor and Moash on other side. Again, we know nothing about this time, so we can speculate a lot.

Like this theory! Thought about this too, and have a theory, what if Wind, Stone and Night are sprens of Adonalsium, as we know sprens was on Roshar before arriving of Shards, and Roshar was created by Adonalsium himself. Sounds crazy but there's few points about this: 1) Sprens created bonds with Radiants looking on Oathpact between Heralds and Honor, so we can use same analogy on creating sprens by Honor and Cultivation - they arrived on a planet, and finds ancient sprens created by Adonalsium, and decided to make something similar by himself. 2) We know that Night changed, and Wind started hiding - this could be consequences of Shattering, in analogy Stormfather changed after Tanavast death. I think about this theory because it would allow Kaladin became Bondsmith and don't leave his bond with Syl, because in this case he will be like Hoid, having different types of investiture, one from Shard, and one from whole Adonalsium. So maybe he will become Bondsmith with power, that was created with all 16 Intents. That also will explain why Hoid gave him lesson how to hear Wind. What do you think about this theory? P.S. I hope all this would be readble and don't look like gibberish of madman
