It's like an aggressive, venomous stickbug. It's alive! Who are the other regals?! (Don't answer that) -
I don’t really know if this has the possibility of happening. The Vandals were around for centuries. While “aleth” is somewhat connected to genocide, it really only happened twice, once with Sadees, and once with the listeners. I don’t really think that that’s enough to permanently affect language. The only war crime that was significantly outside the norm for Roshar is the burning of Rathalas, again a one off event, not enough to affect language. Despite the genocide against Native Americans, “America” is not synonymous with “genocide,” much less “Jackson.” (or many other presidents) If all we knew about you, Aliroz, was one conversation that you had with the leader of a foreign secret organization—say the KGB, that you broke with on bad terms, attempted to assassinate your mentor, held your siblings hostage, while you are separated from your spouse for the foreseeable future, the god you knew had been replaced by a man you hate, everything you know about Earth is turned upside down, you’ve lost in a global conflict, and we don’t know any of this context, it wouldn’t be the same, would it?

WoT quote in honor of stick Eye of the World spoilers -
He could probably take it back, like he did with Stormlight.

It does, but there’s a ceiling for everyone. While an underfen will likely get more than one ribbon, the mastrells will always be far more powerful.

I would agree with Luther that the Bishop of Rome was not the leader of the Christian world, as he didn’t have authority. We have apostles (14+president of the church, not 12 interestingly enough), and the prophet/president of the church (currently Oaks) is fairly similar to a pope in authority, though not exactly the same. If the Bishop of Rome had authority from God, which he claimed to have (which I would not agree with him on), he would be the head of Jesus’s church on Earth. As Frustration explained, yes we have Bishops, but they’re not professionalized. Any sort of schooling is not technically required (although the people who are called will almost certainly have a competent knowledge of the gospel), it’s a part time position, and it’s temporary (although it’s not always exactly 5 years as Frustration said, it usually is, but afaik it’s not a rule). Edit: the apostles, prophet, etc. serve lifetime callings

Tbh, I don’t know, but leaning Shardbearer I…hope not. -
I mean, I know about the Reformation, it’s a historical event, it happened. I’m lds, so I personally don’t have strong feelings about it, but it did play a large role in how the world is as it is today.

Don't we know if someone is killed by shardbearer? So it had to be Regals. I think stick made them nervous so TheUnknownMedallion -
I'll play in weight classes 1 and 2, and I’ll also judge if helpful. Suggestions:

Quick Fix Game 78: Hearts of Riches, Rhythms of Hatred
Cuendillar replied to Hoid Slayer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I'll clarify. What I suspect is happening is penguin is faking being inactive, in order to evade suspicion. I hope she gets better soon. Tell her a random stranger you met online playing mafia in a book forum wishes her well (or not, your choice). Jo also is starting to feel suspicious. I don’t know how effective this Shardbearer hunt (who is almost certainly known to the Regals by now) actually is. I think it’s far more important to focus on the Regals, so the village can win. Killing Regals is far more beneficial than the Shardbearer, and the Shardbearer might be taking orders from the Regals under threat of elimination, so they’re unlikely to ally with us.- 687 replies

This what you’re talking about? If Penguin is regal/shard, then they’re probably faking being “inactive.” Also, considering how shard has killed other nights, the shard probably got role blocked. Aki only replied twice last cycle. I wonder if they got converted? Edit: @Wahrheitswächter, I’m also suspicious of @A Jo in the Bush too.- 687 replies

That doesn't really make sense as either an initialism or an acronym... No vote manipulation, that feels odd. Because Mist was direform, that means if the shardbearer was blocked, than there were two direforms, making envoyform less likely. I have no reason not to do this again (prob change later) IcedOutPenguin.- 687 replies

Then, why would you respond if you're so busy you can't play? As far as I remember from the rules, inactivity for two cycles gets you removed. I'm sure that either of the GMs would remove you if asked to. It's fine to be less active, but you're actively self voting. I think this is some sort of ploy or strategy. If you seem non threatening and you don't get the most votes—even if I and yourself vote for you, than you would be free to take down singers without widespread suspicion. -

It’s because I’ve gotten burned in inperson mafia by the people who are forgotten about, who are quiet.
