    (I say this not necessarily as an expert, but as one who knows a few cops and knows things that happen) You can do whatever you do. However, @#1 Taln Fan is absolutely right. In those circumstances you have described, your siblings are really in danger. So many people in your exact situation do nothing because they don't know if they shouldd or could, and I would say you absolutely can and should. If it all works out, fine, but that at least gets cops and CPS involved, experts who know what to look for and how to handle it.

    Karate nerd moment

    I was supposed to watch an episode of a German show and make notes on it, but all my notes were gocused on the two seconds where we see a bag with one gi in it, a white belt, and an orange belt; it's established it's for karate, but it's not like this person kept their old belts in their bag 'cause those two belts are at least a kyu apart and there wasn't a third belt...so why are both belts in there?

    That was the sum of my notes on this whole episode. Focused on a two-second segment.

    Why are friends so storming hard? Why are they so helpful and still have such ability to hurt? Why do I get snapped at when I talk about my problems, but they expect me to understand theirs? Why do I always have to wonder which friends are actually my friends and which are using me? Why can't I help my friends? Why won't they tell me what's going on so I can help? Why can't they tell me so I can be there for them more or in the right way? Why can't I be good with words? Why do I always mess up everything I try to say? Why do so many people look up to me, when I can't even go a week without hating myself? Why am I like an addict for self-punishment? Why can't I even be there for myself? Why can't I have the answers? Why am I so messed up?
