    Cep stares. "What an odd thing ta find in a stump. Yeh know what it is?"

    "Welp, here goes." Cep takes a few swings at the stump, widening the crack one swing at a time until, finally, the hole is about a foot across. The light obscures whatever may be inside. "That 'bout good? Yeh reckon we jus' reach in there?"

    "Umm..." Cep looks around for a minute, then returns to the stump. He pulls out the axe and starts twirling it, then pauses. "Well, what do ya know," he says, looking at the hole in the stump revealed by removing the axe. "Think that might be anything?" The divot made by the axe is glowing, like something within the stump is shining.
