Cricket sighed petting the wolf-ghost. "Unless I could find a way to the Dreamsmith and that is highly unlikely. A Plotblade is the way to go. She'll be at Sequence's party, won't she?" he said, glancing at the invitation. @NameIess Cricket sighed, getting up. "I'll go, I guess."

    Alrighty I should go to bed, but I have all week and tmrw off so I'll probably be fairly active till after Thanksgiving.

    Sangent let himself be led away. Cricket ignored Bacon. It was good for his mental health. Perseus leaned in closer to Bacon. "Fine. A deal. You tell me where she is, and I'll request to borrow her Blade for a short time, fairly and peacefully and whatnot."

    Cricket sighed, voice ragged. "I killed a man in cold blood. He deserved it, but he didn't stand a chance. I hate myself for it, but I did it. I will not be a monster." he said, voice slightly firmer.

    You fools. Sangent subsided, letting the barrier fade, falling to his knees. "How about we ask the mysterious voice?" Perseus suggested. "Mysterious voice!" he called out. @NameIess Cricket fell to his knees, burying his head in his hands. "I don't know." he sobbed. "I'm becoming a monster."

    Cricket shook, in cold fury, gazing at Xanine. "You...murderer." he whispered. He slammed his hands together and darkness exploded in every direction. When it cleared, Xanine was gone. Cricket turned, gasping. "What have I become?" he wondered, aloud.

    "Cricket stood, still not looking at either of them. He turned, yelling and hurled his knife into a tree trunk. "Sorry. I'm just so...confused. All I want is vengeance, then..." he paused, and turned, practically screaming at the hunter. "WHY DID YOU DESTROY WELDERAN?!" he roared. Xanine smiled. "The monks screamed as they died. I killed the old one, you know, Navis? He begged me to spare the children."

    Cricket sighed, turning away, but he still held his knife. Cricket sighed, facing away. "I really should kill him. He deserves it. But, but, when I killed before, it was in combat. This...this is cold blood." Believe the lies Silence spreads. The Enullers have abandoned their post, their original job. Only I remain. Perseus was conveniently ignoring that fact.

I've been doing what the Council doesn't have guts to do! roared Sangent from inside his dome. "Ha! I've forced my entrance into the kingdom of Nrathagond, slaying dozens as I did so! What chance do they have?"
