    Cricket sat alone, gazing out into the distance. Perseus strode over to Bacon, still listening for to the mysterious voice. “Where’s Moni? I won’t take Endings, I swear. I just want to talk to her.” @xinoehp512

    Perseus frowned. No sign of Bacon or Moni. "Mysterious voice!" he whispered. "Is Moni coming?" @NameIess

    Perseus grinned, accepting the mug. He looked around the room, wondering if Moni, or Bacon, were going to show up. @xinoehp512 @NameIess

    Perseus frowned. "Do you have any ale?" Cricket ignored her, distracted by the day's events.

    Cricket sighed, glancing around. He grabbed a soda off the counter and collapsed into a chair. I've been writing Cricket's backstory and it's really fun!

    Perseus smiled. "Maybe you've fought, but have you ever felt pain, true pain? I suffered for centuries at the hands of torturers, who lashed me till my veins ran dry. I could not die, though. A special reward for rebellion. I've felt the weight of an entire people and held skies in my arms. I've swum in the fires of hell, and come out unscathed. I've fought heroes and gods, and I've never lost, not a single time. Maybe you'll be the one to do it, though I doubt it. For I will not die, cannot die, until I free my people." He subsided reluctantly, looking around. "Are there drinks?" he asked.

    That'd be sick. I'm personally hoping for the Servant of Yelig-Nar to return and Adolin die stopping him from killing Yanagawn (pretty farfetched I know, but a hope) but El could be also cool. Maybe commanding the armies attacking Azimir?

    Perseus grinned at Platypus. "Well that's for Moni to decide isn't it? Besides, the mysterious voice seems to want to let me find Endings. The Dreamsmith's a bad idea, at least for right now. I'll need something more powerful than one of those to free my people from slavery."

    Perseus looked down at Asher (presumably, he's 6'7") and smiled. "Well, hello friend." he said. "Do you know anyone by the name of Moni?"

    I think it's simply latin roots (mal- meaning evil) and tradition for villains to have names with M (Morgoth) that pervades the fantasy culture. I don't think it's something in world or anything.
