"Oh, whatever." he said. "I should wake you up. We should go somewhere warmer." he said, shaking her gently. "Tam?" gotcha

    poor guy He looked at her for a long time, then started talking softly. "You know, for a long time, I thought I could fight, could be strong, and that you needed protection. Then Stone had me at his mercy, and I realized that you don't need me to protect you. You're strong and brave. You killed Stone after all. Which is more than I could do."
