Hi there! Thank you!
I would say the Frostlands so I could visit the library at Kharbranth. As a reader...where else would I go??? I liked that question!
Hi Aeternum,
I think the obvs answer is Kaladin, but I think I lean more towards either Dalinar or Adolin. Dalinar because, same as Kaladin, the complexity of the character yet single drive of purpose. Adolin I like because even without having abilities, he is exceptional. All of Brandon's characters show evolution and growth, and I find that more than evident in this series. Least...i'd have to say Moash so far. Though, and purely speculation, I think we can expect some self-introspection from him as well.
I haven't read the graphic novels (other than the text version in the Arcanum Unbounded) I believe that is the only Cosmere book I have not read. I loved the Mistborn series, and I'd have to say I love that magic system. Something about the ingestion of metals to open a realm of abilities is wonderful to me, and just like so many of Brandon's systems...seem to have a bit of realism to them. A very close second is the Rosharan system of magic. Replenishing the stones by leaving them in the High Storm gives it a sense of limitation...they have all this power, yet limited by the number of stones...unless Dalinar is near. They don't have luck on Scadrial...unless you are near a mineral deposit and you have a sense of Pica...
