Alrighty, sending in the cats and the meme! After like 11 at night, I stop checking devices, but I read everything before and after school (oh no now the internet strangers who i trust more than like half my classmates know that i'm still in school, gasp!) (at this point i figure y'all are trustworthy enough, and now I can vent abt homework!!) In order of appearance, these little fur babies are Princess Buttercup (sassy queen), Bear (he's a maine coon, sneezes like a baby, I don't think he knows how large he is), Mooncake (the dog, who is smaller than everyone), Lulu (you think she's just quiet but she's actually a criminal cat mastermind), and the deleted WoR interlude i found that is honestly just my spirit animal, i am stick

Y'all, I was digging through old texts, and I found something I texted to a friend who couldn't sleep because of their mental health and would spiral and end up staying up until 4 during the summer, I think this'll be useful: IF YOU CAN'T SLEEP: hungry? go eat! water, ice cream, comfort food, anything. you CANNOT fall asleep if you are too hungry. feel icky? drink water, change clothes, move blankets. bad memories, regrets, past-related negativity? read book, quietly watch show, make OC lore in your head. IF YOU CAN'T SLEEP BECAUSE ON SCREEN TOO MUCH BUT CAN'T STOP OTHERWISE BAD THOUGHTS: Prop up with pillow or smth, far away from your head. turn down volume, screen brightness, prop up your head so it's completely held by pillow. that way you'll just fall asleep while watching.
